Walk F - Haseley
WALK DESCRIPTION
This walk involves some road walking, mostly quiet link roads, but does include 300 yards on a tarmac footpath along the busy A4177.
The walk starts at The Falcon at Hatton pub, and after a short distance passes Saint Mary the Virgin church. After passing the entrance to the site of the Old Haseley Manor the walk crosses the flood plain of the Inchford Brook. Close by is the site of the, now demolished, Haseley Watermill.
After passing an old Animal Pound the path passes near Haseley Hall. On the return the route goes through the grounds of Northleigh House School before once again reaching Saint Mary the Virgin church and the The Falcon at Hatton pub.
PARKING
Permission has been given by the owner or manager for walkers to leave their vehicles in the car park on the understanding that they will patronise the establishment either before or after the walk.
