WALK  DESCRIPTION

Starting point:

The Case is Altered public house in Wroxall.

The walk and Places of interest:

This is a delightful walk, especially in the spring, through fields, woods and country lanes.

Starting at the The Case is Altered pub, the walk is along quiet lanes and over fields until the church of  Saint Michael is reached. Nearby is Baddesley Clinton Manor House, a moated National Trust  property, where lunch & tea are available.

 From here the route passes through Hay Wood before circling back past the Wroxall Abbey Hotel and Wren’s Cathedral. It is then a short stroll to the end of the walk and The Case is Altered.

PARKING

Park in The Case is Altered car park.

Permission has been given by the owner or manager for walkers to leave their vehicles in the car park on the understanding that they will patronise the establishment either before or after the walk.
