If you want to feel better about life, get fit, or just try a couple of hours of environmental conservation work, then the KFPG Green Gym is the place for you.
Meeting on the third Sunday morning of each month at 9.45 a.m. in the Square , West Car Park, Barrowfield Lane, Kenilworth (behind the Kenilworth library), finishing around 1 p.m. in a local pub (not compulsory).
Working out in the open air is a great way to find out for yourself the health benefits of volunteering outdoors

Involves building stiles, gates and bridges
Path clearance and Waymarking, with yellow and blue arrows
Tools and safety advice will be provided by experienced leaders
... and you don’t need to wear Lycra or leotards!
